You can be preaching a sound doctrine from your head,and people can even enjoy it temporarily or permanently but if in your spirit man you're not what you preach, the name of the Lord is going to be tarnished by you.
A situation where God is using you mightily when you have long derailed is just that God is using you to prepare your replacement without you knowing it.
God knows your lifestyle is doing enough damage already than the truth you spill out every time. And since your secret life is not known to a lot of your followers, He must intentionally at least keep using you to prepare many others who will replace you.
At least before you can tarnish His image or bring disgrace to His service, He would have prepared enough people who will stand against you through you. And if by mercy your heart is not hardened, those people.God is about to replace you with may become Intercessors around you. They may tell God to have mercy on you if you treat them well or if mercy is still speaking around you.
I see a very dangerous trend coming, a situation where many will fall into the trap of knowledge of God without life of God.
I see armies of the Lord fighting aimlessly thinking they're on track or fighting for God who can fight for Himself without them.
I see those who are carried away by popularity of preachers and their long years of experience without knowing God is already changing people for His works.
I see believers getting carried away by what they only know,forgetting God is multidimensional and will always reveal Himself more than what we think we know.
If you're in a denomination, just be careful not to think it's your denomination that knows God better. Else you may be digging your spiritual grave without knowing.
And what should concern every believer is his or her life before God and not any hero worshipping or hyping. We will all stand before God individually and by then we will understand that the journey is not a corporate journey.
Yes,battles are not to be fought alone,but God won't ask us about battles but about our personal obedience to Him.
In what area or aspect have you been carried away? It is better to gain back your senses now and begin to personally obey the Lord. If you have to obey Him at the expense of what men of influence around you are saying, its far better.
That anyone preaches the truth doesn't qualify any preacher as true. You just have to ensure you stand in the Truth by yourself and by the grace given to you.
