ANGER TEST: MY EXPERIENCE

If you still get angry over every slightest provocation or offence. You don't know what a great loss that has befallen you.
If you are always angry at someone, even when all evidence shows that you are right to get angry. You don't know a great trap you have fallen into.
If you are a type that can't be easily pacified or calmed when you are angry. You don't know how much of great instrument you are to the devil.
Anger is not actually the sin. God gets angry too. The sin of anger is when it's not achieving the will of God's kingdom. When your anger smells SELF. When you exhibit self in disguise of fighting for God. When your anger lacks the honor of God. And unless you're highly sensitive in the spirit, you can't ever discern the thin line between the one that's of God's will.
For example, Jesus rebuked the devil speaking through Peter's mouth. Paul rebuked Peter's double measure attitude. Paul was angry at that sorcerer who proclaimed truth about Paul's anointing. Believers get angry at sin.etc. And didn't do any of these to satisfy SELF.
Few days ago,I was making a request from my wife. She was doing yanga,(she wasn't taking me seriously). Then I began to let her know that her insensitivity, unresponsive attitude was not good. And probably as a result of evil arrow that wants to hinder good things and ensure we fight. I actually hit her with that insight,so she became unhappy.
You see,the target was actually me. The whole ploy of the devil was to make me angry so that what God wanted to do in Spirit can be suspended. At that period,I had been praying to God for certain deliverance but,the spiritual enemy had seen my anger will never allow God to do it.
Moment I recognized the imminent behavior of my wife at that time,I had to open up to her that she should be careful not to allow the devil to use her make me angry. Then she in turn became angry and started to excuse our bedroom to another room. In disguise that she wanted to go and pray. She actually prayed,but refused to come up to the room where I was.
Quietly after some time I stood to go and lift her , blessed her with sweet words and hold her to come to the room to sleep.
That singular act endeared God to embrace me overnight.
And one funny thing was that,I wasn't even aware that night was the night God had prepared to answer my prayers. I passed the test of anger.
Then,the miraculous happened that same night. I had an encounter with God. And encounter that can't be said here. I became an instrument of blessing. If I say "God bless you" to anyone jokingly, the person is blessed. I was also delivered from certain hindrances that night. Just simply because I handled the situation of what has come to test my character well.
Oh that men in Christ will begin to handle angry situations well to the glory of God. And allow such situation to give honor to God rather than flesh or self. This will always make God to trust us more with certain specific authorities and also deliver us from our many troubles.
You and I must understand that anger is a sign that good thing is around our corner. When God is about to answer all our prayers, devil will always want to send his monitoring spirits around us to instigate even closest people to make us get angry for self defense without processing whether it's to God's honor or not. Thus prolonging and postponing our divine encounter or blessings.

May you restitute with those you are getting angry at, manage those who are causing you to get angry, and make peace with those who are angry at you. All to the glory of God.
