If anyone asked me if I liked to be like my parents I would answer NO.

If anyone asked me if I liked to be like my parents I would answer NO.
I can't even pray to come to this world again through them as a personal desire. I am a sincere person. I don't pity what shouldn't be pitied.
But God has reason he allowed us to come through our parents no matter how good or bad they are.
My mother suffered miscarriages for 6 years,had still births and 9 issues wasted before I was successfully given birth to as the first child.
I grew up being taken cared of,infact my parents had to do other jobs apart from teaching so they could care for me and my younger ones. They tried their best as parent and I give that to them.
But they were men limited by what they were exposed to.
I remembered trying to secretly mend ways with people they have hurt without them being aware of it. A wise son doesn't follow his parents foolishly.
I remembered trying not to mismanage people like they did. It tried to show up but God is helping me never to repeat their mistakes.
I remembered never to train my children like they did. We were never exposed to the spirituality of life by them ,so we goofed at many points.
There are certain spiritual information about life they didn't know how to communicate to us and train us with. Probably they were not aware of it too or probably by the time they became aware of it,we had left home to fight the battles of life by ourselves.
They can't be blamed. They probably didn't know.
Even after I gave my life to Christ, that place of knowledge gap was still there. I ran into some things later that revealed the deficit of knowledge. And at that time, I realised I wouldn't have run into it provided I have learned about it from my parents.
Do I still blame them? NO
They did their best according to their limited background. But I would have preferred that the most important aspect of life be taught by parents to children. Which is SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE.
This has nothing to do with religion. This has nothing to do with whether you're born again or not.
It simply has something to do with passing knowledge about how life is foundationally spiritual and how to live in it with care.
Yes,a lot of us stumbled through battles of life and learned it through hard experiences. Of which if we had been informed properly by our parents, we wouldn't have passed through that time wasting route. We wouldn't have goofed at one point or the other in ignorance.
Do I love my parents, oh yes. But you shouldn't expect me to love their weaknesses and lack of knowledge on how to develop people.
Developing people is not feeding them or paying their school fees.
Developing people isn't pampering them or just protecting them.
Developing people is giving them native/spiritual intelligence about life and how to navigate it.
You can't actually give what you don't have. And to this,nobody should be blamed.
Many people are in church, and it's only church that's in them,not Christ. So they think they have knowledge but they don't know it's only letters that killeth they knew.
Many people are only religious and they think religion is knowledge. Not knowing religion is just a practice and not knowledge.
When you have knowledge, knowledge will truly set you free from falling into traps of religion. You will understand the spirituality of everything around you and become more serious and sensitive not to follow norms.
You will learn when to misbehave and when not to.
You will understand that people's smile at you doesn't always mean they accept you. You will not fall into certain sins or certain controllable mistakes. You will truly be free when you know truth about things. You will also understand that hardwork is the stressful aspect you must do to enter into the smartwork arena of life.
Now,the reason Jesus Christ came is to actually expose us to another level of freedom that spiritual intelligence in God offers.But a lot of believers are limiting themselves to just religion and religion. They will continue to suffer and perish little by little because they lack knowledge.
"My people perish because of lack of knowledge "
isn't talking about letters,logos but the rhema of life. Spiritual understanding of what God is actually communicating per time. When you know this,your life won't run into any ditch again! You won't perish despite the fact that you are one of God's people.
To everyone who has run into a ditch and you looked back and nobody, not even your parents has the spiritual understanding to help you out with. I will encourage you to soak yourself in deep prayers so that such spiritual understanding could be opened up to you through the letters of God's word when you read it.
Except this,you will only keep practicing a religion that can't set you free. Reason many read the bible even as a believer and won't still understand anything is because they are only religious about it. They don't go deeper,try harder, seek harder until repercussions of their shallow lifestyle of ignorance caught up with them.
If there is anyone here that still hate his/her parents or anybody.
Then it means you haven't understand hating will keep you dragging in life. A negative energy can't neutralise another negative energy. You can only neutralise emotional hurt in your life by your positive energy which you must always emmit to others.
Do good to bad people. This is how to win in life.
So please repent today by forgiving yourself and everyone that has hurt you in the past.
